The United Kingdom page prices the Diffuser Air 2 LE at £79.95 in Silver and Black, with no compare-at figure anywhere in the product data when the page was read on October 26, 2026; Silver was in stock and Black a pre-order with a November 4 ship estimate. The machine is a corded waterless nebulizer rated for rooms up to 1,000 square feet, about 93 square metres — a precision pump firing bursts of scent with minutes of silence between them, a 120 mL refillable bottle, and scheduling over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth in a 28.6 cm cylinder of recycled aluminium running 8 watts from USB-C.
Two documents sit behind that price. Scentiment, a Miami company, quotes international freight at checkout through DHL or USPS International and states that import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient when the parcel lands. And underneath its seven-day returns window and six-month warranty sits UK statute: the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives a consumer with faulty goods 30 days to reject for a full refund — even though Scentiment's own terms send disputes to Florida law and arbitration in Miami.
Our verdict
At £79.95 the Air 2 LE prices flat, but it sells from Miami under Florida terms, the page leaves VAT and duties unclear, and the maker's warranty runs six months unless an oil subscription stays active.
- A good fit for
- A single room up to 1,000 square feet with an outlet nearby, a buyer happy to wait on a Miami parcel, and scenting run from a schedule rather than a bottle carried between rooms.
- We would skip it if
- You need a UK plug confirmed before ordering, a returns route longer than seven days for change of mind, or a warranty that stands without an oil subscription.
Reasons to consider it
- £79.95 flat in both colourways, with no struck-through compare-at and no countdown on the diffuser's buy box on October 26, 2026; Silver in stock, Black on pre-order for November 4
- Faulty goods sold to a UK consumer carry the Consumer Rights Act 2015's short-term right to reject — 30 days from delivery, with a duty on the trader to refund
- Rated to 1,000 square feet (about 93 square metres) with the assumptions printed, from a 120 mL refillable bottle on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth app schedules
The compromises
- The parcel crosses the Atlantic: freight is priced at checkout, the FAQ puts duties and taxes on the recipient, and the terms send disputes to arbitration in Miami under Florida law
- The store's own returns window is seven days, unused and boxed, with return postage on the buyer and nothing back on used units
- The maker's warranty runs six months, or a year only with an active oil subscription; its oils section voids coverage on any other liquid
What we have not verified: The under-22-decibel figure, the pet-safe framing and the coverage rating are Scentiment's own and unmeasured; the page read on October 26, 2026 names neither the adapter's plug type for UK orders nor whether £79.95 includes VAT.
The things in this guide
A closer look at the products, who they may suit, and what to check before buying.

Diffuser Air 2 LE
£79.95 with no struck reference price on October 26, 2026, Silver in stock and Black on pre-order for November 4, for a 1,000-square-foot nebulizer with a 120 mL refillable bottle and app scheduling.
Before you buy: The seller is in Miami with Florida terms, the FAQ puts duties on the recipient, store returns close at seven days, and the maker's year of warranty lasts only as long as an oil subscription.
Price checked 26 October 2026. Retailer prices can change.A flat £79.95 in a shop full of struck-through prices
£79.95 in both colours — Silver in stock, Black on pre-order for a November 4 ship date — and, unusually for this maker, no compare-at figure printed at all. The storefront around the buy box is busy with discounts: a sitewide banner runs a 25-per-cent-off code, and the oil blocks on the same page carry struck prices, the 120 mL bottle marked from £70 down to £49.99. The diffuser itself rendered "Add to Bag — £79.95" in Silver with no code applied on October 26, 2026.
No countdown pressures the decision and no inflated reference price invites a discount reading. The open question is tax. GOV.UK guidance makes the seller charge VAT at the point of sale on consignments of £135 or less, while Scentiment's FAQ says import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. The product page does not say whether £79.95 includes VAT, so check the checkout total for a VAT line before paying, and expect freight to be added there too.
Thirty days of statute underneath a seven-day policy
Underneath the shop policy sits statute. Where goods do not conform, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives the buyer a short-term right to reject: section 22 sets the limit at the end of 30 days beginning with the first day after the goods have been delivered, and section 20 makes a refund the trader's duty once the right is exercised. Section 22 adds a guard the seven-day clause cannot override — an agreement that would cut the short-term right short before the time limit passes is not binding on the consumer.
Against that floor, Scentiment's own returns policy runs seven days, unused units in original packaging, return postage on the buyer and no refund on used units — terms that govern change of mind, which the Act does not reach. For a machine that arrives faulty, the statutory 30 days is the stronger protection on paper. Collecting on it is another matter: Scentiment's terms of service send disputes to binding arbitration in Miami under Florida law, so a UK buyer pressing the Act is making a cross-border claim to a US company, in writing.
The maker's own promise, and its condition
The maker's written promise is thinner than the statute and conditional on top: a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and pump performance, doubling to a year only while an oil subscription stays active. The subscription also carries 10 percent off fragrances with no commitment. On outside oils the FAQ keeps two wordings — one saying other liquids "will result in the voiding of your diffuser's warranty", one merely recommending Scentiment oils — and the strict reading is the safe one.
A UK claim therefore travels to Miami, and the oil the warranty leans on comes from the same company's ladder: £19.99 for 20 mL, £39.99 for 50 mL and £49.99 for 120 mL, about 42 pence a millilitre, the 120 mL size listed against a struck £70. Nobody outside Scentiment has measured the under-22-decibel motor claim or put equipment around the pet-safe framing; both remain the maker's writing on its own page.
The machine on paper, and the plug question
On paper the Air 2 LE is a corded waterless nebulizer: a precision pump firing bursts with two to five minutes of silence between them, rated to cover 1,000 square feet (about 93 square metres) with its assumptions printed — ceilings of 8 to 10 feet, normal insulation, and a tier up suggested for open plans. The 120 mL bottle is refillable, and by the company's estimate one fill stretches roughly six to ten weeks at the default Medium setting, running twelve hours a day; run-time scales with intensity, hours and room size.
The body is 28.6 cm of recycled aluminium at 0.64 kg, drawing 8 watts from USB-C with no battery, so it lives where a socket lives. In the box the page lists the unit, the bottle, a "USB-C power cable & adapter" and a quick-start guide — but names neither the plug the adapter carries for UK orders nor its input voltage. Ask Scentiment in writing whether the adapter has a UK plug and accepts 230 V before ordering.
