HoMedics' $149.99 cordless waterless tower runs only on SereneScent oil — any other voids the warranty — and that oil costs $44.99 to $69.99 a 120 ml bottle, rated for about a month at 8 hours a day.
Vitruvi's cheapest hardware is a heat-based wick diffuser that plugs into the wall and scents 200 sq ft, but it takes only the brand's 15 ml refills — $17.99 each, about $26 a month running around the clock.
A 500 ml tank and a 16.5-foot remote for $21.99 on Amazon, $14 under ASAKUKI's own store, with a claimed 16 to 18 hours per fill depending on which ASAKUKI page you read.
The Twilight nebulizes pure oil from the bottle — no water, no heat — metered at 0.1 to 1 mL an hour, from a brand that publishes consumption rates but no warranty and answers support from a Gmail address.
HoMedics' $44.99 portable ultrasonic publishes its tank, its timer and a one-year warranty — but no room-coverage figure and no decibel rating, and the portability runs on a USB port you supply.
Two mist modes, a seven-color light, waterless shut-off and a 12-month warranty at $18.99 make this the working baseline; the $111 gap to vitruvi's ceramic Stone buys material and shelf presence, not function.
The same ultrasonic checklist an $18.99 plastic diffuser runs, wrapped in matte ceramic: at $129.99 list you pay for the shelf object and vitruvi's oil line, not runtime or coverage. Amazon has it at $103.99.
Scentiment's Air 2 LE covers 1,000 square feet from a 120 mL refillable bottle at $79.98 — and the company's own FAQ starts the warranty at six months, doubling it only while an oil subscription stays active.
At $79.95 the Mini 2.0 is a cordless waterless diffuser for rooms up to 600 square feet, but it only takes Aroma360's 30 mL bottles, listed at $54.95 each, and the FAQ voids the warranty on any other oil.
